Report SCORM responses and trigger emails based on answers

It would be helpful to report on learners’ answers within uploaded SCORM modules and automatically notify a nominated person when a particular answer is selected.

For example, our DBS declaration asks whether a learner is registered on the Update Service. A “Yes” response should notify our compliance adviser, while a “No” response takes the learner through the full declaration. Both answers are valid.

Reports should include the learner’s name, answers and submission date, providing a clear declaration record. This would remove the need for a separate Evo Assessment to repeat the question, reduce administration and improve compliance tracking.
