Start Date/User Creation Date
We still also have the start date issue, where Access uses the user creation date rather than the employee's contractual start date, to trigger things like staff requests, holiday approvals and compliance training.
The problem with this is that before new recruits have officially started with the company …
A) those that are line managers are getting emails to approve things
B) new recruits (all) are getting emails to do compliance training.
Neither of which should be happening and it probably is in contravention of employment law.
Camelia said to create this as an idea.
Thanks.
