Current stats do not show real time up-to-date information, line managers are learning not to trust the data shown so dashboard is not currently useful.
In the attached images you can see details of a team member who completed all of their outstanding compliance learning today. However the stats show that they are only 33% compliant due to 2 overdue courses and 2 due soon. As a line manager I need to be able to see my team at quick glamce- this indvidual should show as 100% compliant.
Other details on the page suffer from the same issue- the stats are not updated in real time so although my team member completed compliance learning today, team stats show 0 hours/minutes learning this month and the individual's 'Learning Habits' show no learning completed this month. I can only get accurate details by reverting to the older teams screens and reports.
