Currently, when forms are completed within the LMS, the submitted responses appear in the same format as the original form text. This lack of visual differentiation creates confusion and makes it challenging for reviewers to quickly identify which content is part of the form and which is the user’s observation or answer. Improving the display by clearly separating questions from responses—through formatting, color coding, or structured layouts—would significantly enhance readability and efficiency for all users.
