This helps to demonstrate what the training covers and how the learner has been equipped to undertake their job as a result of completing the course. The Local authorities and CQC will look at the training certificates and evaluate if the workforce are receiving proper training.
Also there must be a function that prevents staff or users from downloading their certificates, only the administrator should be able to access and download the training certificates.
