RAG Compliance Settings - remove amber or allow it to be set to zero

Hi, Is it possible to remove 'Amber' altogether from the RAG settings on the compliance scores dashboard, or change the parameters so that the system will allow amber to be set to 'zero'.

Ideally we only want it to show:
0 to 99% as Red
100% as Green

As far as compliance goes, individual learners (or a venue/site) are either compliant (green) or not compliant (red). Nothing else matters.

When an auditor is auding a site, the current set up is not helpful. They just need to easily determine compliant or not compliant (green or red).

Amber is only relevant when looking at each learner, to see what training they have coming up.
