Currently emailing customers with links individually for appointments is time consuming and it would be great if we could add a link so that when a person books an appointment, the email they are sent includes a link to a Zoom or Teams waiting roo...

Employers should not be allowed to send registrations to the Career Centre with their private email accounts (Gmail, Hotmail i.e.). If they want to add a private email, then adding their company number should be mandatory.

It would be very impactful if administrators and coaches would be able to see key user metrics as a summary for each user, e.g. their CV score, Pulse score, Award or Programme completion status, number of jobs applied, number of learning completed...

We need a report to see number of clicks and views by article names in the newsletter report (Career Week Report).

When staff reject jobs in the dashboard, there is no way to go back and view them later. It would be useful to keep a log of the jobs that have been rejected, similar to the way we can view employers who have been rejected.

It would be useful to be able to set how often the newsletter goes out - weekly, fortnightly, monthly. And be able to choose how may articles are attached to it.

The points-based programmes don't currently have an approval process. Students can receive their awards (bronze, silver, gold) without it coming via administrator for approval. Function current says 'coming soon'
