Add language options to all learning

As my company has become more global, it has become more important that we provide learning which is accessible in colleagues' first language.
Currently, to my knowledge only our Cyber Security learning has the option to use Google Translate.
It's important that colleagues understand the subject matter thoroughly and this is not always possible if they cannot select their first language.
