Release Notes - new content, updates and archiving

The current format of 'release information' could be improved to help make it clearer for customers.

Could you create one document at the beginning of each month titled 'March release information', 'April release information' etc. for all content across the system.

Then organise into 3 sections:

New Content: This is where you would give the title and description of new content.

Changes to existing content: This is where you list the courses that have had changes/updates made to them and give a brief description of the changes.

Archived Content: This is where you list the titles of any courses that you are archiving that month.
