When registering individual users to an event, have grace period option

Recently I needed to create a support ticket because I wasn't able to set a grace period when manually registering users to an event. Support came back to me to say that it's only through a reg rule or bulk import, that a grace period can be set.

It would be good if it could be done when manually registering people.
