Bulk import multiple courses for one individual (not just bulk import multiple individuals for one course)

Adding any member of staff who has completed any training outside of Access is extremely tedious and repetitive to capture accurate certificate expiry dates in bulk - loading historic doing capture it as current and creating exemption doesn't update PP correctly. Integration into PP for training matrix reporting is inaccurate as a result.
