Per feedback from CPD, our elearning course feedback mechanism is not robust enough (star rating plus one generic text box). Could teams set their own feedback questions, with space for response to multiple questions? Or, could the feedback prompt be improved? For example:
What was most useful about this course? [space to respond]
What was least useful about this course? [space to respond]
Does the site function according to your needs? [space to respond]
Is there anything else you'd like to tell us? [space to respond]
Additionally, can we adjust so that users are only prompted for feedback once, at the end of the course, rather than being overwhelmed by the feedback prompt appearing for each individual module?
This would give learning content product owners more targeted feedback on learning content itself.
