Make the Start Date field the users Start Date

There’s a field in Access Learning (within the Employment Details section) that is called ‘Start Date’.

I realised that what is claiming to be a Start Date is in fact the User Creation Date.

Support are telling me that it is by design that the User Creation Date pulls through into the Start Date field (which makes no sense to me).

Please either:

Program the system so that the Start Date pulls through into the Start Date field.

Or

Change the label of the field to be ‘User Creation Date’ instead of Start Date.

The first option is preferred and more useful to managing training.
