CCM - Jobs - Can not export full JD due to a 500-character limit per cell

Hi,

I'm experiencing an issue when extracting CCM - Jobs reports to Excel. The job descriptions in Column J are being truncated due to a 500-character limit per cell, which means we're not getting the complete information in our exported files.

Could you please help us find a solution to download the full report with complete job descriptions in the Excel format? This would be really helpful for our analysis.
