Dynamic “Line Manager” Option to Scheduled Reports

Currently, when setting up scheduled reports, there is no option to dynamically select line managers—unlike the email reminders feature, which conveniently allows this. This creates a challenge, as line managers must be manually selected from the send list, which is not only time-consuming but also prone to errors, especially in dynamic environments where reporting lines can change frequently. The schedule report also has the useful feature of Run Report on User Context but there is not option then to select line managers which this tick box would apply the most.

Proposed Enhancement: Introduce a dynamic recipient option such as:

“Send to Line Manager(s) only”
This would mirror the functionality already available in the email reminders feature.

Ensures reports always reach the correct line manager, even as team structures evolve.
Saves time and reduces manual maintenance of recipient lists.
Enhances visibility and accountability by ensuring managers consistently receive relevant team data.
