Hello,
Dates on the compliance reports/matrix turn amber to alert you to the fact that they are expiring, however they turn amber 4 months prior to the certificate expiry date.
We believe this is far too early and the result is that too many courses show as amber and the impending expiries are easily missed.
Ideally the rules governing when a date turns amber should be determined by the registration rules, this would make the compliance reports a far more useful tool.
Thanks
Matthew
Hi there,
We believe we've now addressed this challenge by allowing Admins to specify when the cells in the compliance report turn 'amber'. You can read more about this in our November 2023 Release Notes - see the section 'Tidying up our compliance tools'.
Let us know what you think!
Thanks,

Good point!
Also when we onboarded all events were set up to 'Reset' 1 month before certificate expiry, which in fact gives a company little time to arrange training/dates/venue, then for Managers to book their staff in, fight over spaces etc. If amber is visible 4 months before cert expiry, surely the Reset should be around 4 months before cert expiry. If you book someone on an event before the Reset, you can wave goodbye to the marked attendance data pulling through. This software is dire, how can you not even be able to book/reserve a space when managing big teams and care rota's.
Hi Matthew,
Thank you for this feedback. This is something we are already aware of in the product team and it is on our roadmap to address in the future.
Thank you
Jess
