Can we allow email reminders to be sent even when a course status is reset.
If an email reminder is set to be sent on registration this happens only once. If the course is reset, annually for example, the email reminder doesn't resend.

Morning, we have created several email templates and added these in manually ourselves. You can set daily, weekly, monthly, one off email reminders etc. You can add as many email reminders per subject you want. It is a lot of work but worth it in the end.
Download a training report to use as a 'ticking off exercise' that you have covered each subject that require email reminders adding your own data of weekly set, or monthly set, expiry or reminder etc. Its good practice to keep a record of what you have done and what is now required.
We have weekly for e elearning, reset occurs 1 months before cert expiry.
We have monthly for events, reset occurs 3 months before cert expiry to enable the learner to book and completed within a 3 month time frame.
Hi, it isn't ideal but we got around that doing a second email set up which reminds people weekly/monthly that they have training overdue.
