We are having an issue with the cyber crime and awareness catalogue. Learners think they've completed the activities but the activity still shows as 'incomplete'.
We advise them to watch videos in full, click on all tabs/ arrows, download documents and to close the activity correctly... but still the activity shows as 'incomplete' and they can't see why/what is still outstanding.

I can see Adam provided some advice on this last year, but I think if you get this issue again it should be logged as a Support case, as Adam did. You shouldn't be experiencing this so I think it makes more sense to be addressed as a Support issue than a product improvement at this time.

We also had this with all video content - they had to put in a fix which played videos in the main webpage rather than in the pop up windows to cure it, (after a long cases investigation)
