Another filter on Pathway Completion Status (Overview) Report to omit cancelled training

I've found Pathway Completion Status (Overview) Report to be the best report to show completion of training across the organisation but having cancelled courses amongst the ongoing, live courses creates long reports that are hard to read. They are difficult to filter out in excel as each course has a header. Not impossible I agree but as users can't cancel their registered courses, a directly assigned course or via rules that is cancelled will only ever be irrelevant on the report.

There may be occasions when seeing cancelled courses is useful so my suggestion is to add a filter option to the report to omit cancelled courses and default to true.

There may be other reports that would benefit from a similar filter.
