Reports created by super-admin should be shared automatically including email schedule

If a super-admin creates a report, this has to be physically shared with other super-admins for them to see it. If a super admin sets up email schedule on their report, then no one else can view/edit this at all. This creates a key-man dependency for this particular report/stakeholder/project etc.

Reports created by super-admins should be automatically shared between all super-admins. Other super-admin should be able to view/edit the same report and email schedules from their account.

When a super-admin has left the business, this causes an issue with not knowing what reports they have set up for the business with any email schedules.
