Warning alert for booking user who is already booked

Customer would want us to have a feature where the system would display a warning alert when you're trying to book someone onto a workshop/e-learning course on the LMS and they may already be booked.

Something along the lines of:

'''Warning: PERSON is already booked to attend this session on DD/MM/YYYY please confirm you wish to proceed with the booking'.''
