I believe the only way to see the allocation and renewals within an LMS is to click through each course title and then view Users & Rules. It would be much easier if a report could be run to show all rules in place. Every title (which you could then select from), allocation (which you could then filter by site/role etc), renewal (including grace periods, certificate expiry etc).
Hi there, I have seen a report called Registration Rule that I have used before when checking if a role needs adding or removing to any rules.
Hoping Jess or a member of the team can change the settings so that other staff may comment and vote? I think some customer examples will add weight to the idea and the best way to collate them is for the team to be able to comment :/
