Over the next year, Access Learnings platform is undergoing a journey of transformation which will see us bring an exciting new look-and-feel, new features and capabilities and a full review of existing functionality including both the learner and administrator experiences.
Since launching the LMS Ideas Portal, we have gained valuable insight into our customers' experience of using the platform and have been able to make many small improvements and tweaks to the product as a direct result of this feedback.
As we enter this phase of accelerated product development, we will temporarily not be opening new ideas for voting on the LMS Ideas Portal for the platform. This means that you can continue to submit new ideas, but they will not be visible on the portal for voting on or commenting. This will allow us to deliver an enhanced LMS experience and innovate at lightning speed.
We do plan to resume opening new ideas for voting in the future, although we're not quite sure when this will be yet. For now, you can keep up-to-date on our transformation journey through our monthly Release Notes (via the Customer Success Portal) and via the in-product Access Digital Assistant.
Thank you for all of the ideas you have submitted to the portal - rest assured that these won't be lost and will continue to inform our roadmap plans in the future.
Access LMS Product Team
Hi both,
Thanks for your comments! I wanted to assure you that we do have a broad range of L&D and learning experience within the LMS Product team. We also engage regularly with customers like yourselves to ensure our roadmap plans and thinking is aligned with customer needs as the L&D landscape evolves.
If you'd like to be part of our LMS transformation, I'd really encourage you to join the Learning Labs, our early adopter programme which is now open. You can read more about this here: Learning Labs
Joining the programme and providing feedback will give you a direct way to shape the future of the product.
Kindest regards,
Jess - LMS Product Manager
Great idea @janice.moore - I feel this has been lacking in the site overall in the way things are set up
Do you have working L&D professionals on the project team for this transformation to help you shape the product? (not only tech. background professionals).
