Is it possible to add an attendance outcome to the Events tab in Access LMS. Currently if someone doesn't attend training they are left as Not Attempted, however we would like an option to say No Show or Not Attended so that it differentiates between the two.
It may also help to relieve an issue spotted this morning where a colleague's report was not updated as they were marked not attended on a later date for the same event.
Although this thread has been closed - it hasn't actually been solved - because the issue is that leaving them as "Not Attended" just makes the event overdue in their My Activities. So you still have to go in and cancel all those who didn't attend - but can't actually then report on No Shows etc at all. Just cancellations.

Thank you for submitting an idea to the portal.
If you click on the drop down next to the 'Incomplete' or 'Not Attempted' status within the user's profile it will display various information such as registration, starts, ends etc. Next to 'status' it will display a status of 'Not Attempted, Not Attended'.

This would be really good - as currently after each event - I am having to go in and cancel all the not attended registrations so they don't just sit in the user's My Activities
