One event can supersede another

The situation we have at present is if someone completes a 1A driving training, it qualifies them to move cars around the site from A to B. If they complete 1B driver training it allows them to move cars around the site and also take cars onto our test track. Could the LMS recognise when someone has completed their 1B training and automatically award them 1A, as they will cover the 1A principles in the 1B training
