Remove option allowing users to Configure their own CPD

When using the CPD app on Workspace users will see the option to 'Configure CPD' where they can change their CPD scheme.

Some LMS admins do not allow this to happen in their LMS itself and have applied a security permission so users can't do this. This setting doesn't follow through into the app - can we either

• disable the 'Configure CPD' button to follow the security setting; or,

• add a filter to remove this option
