Rule option to pick up Employment Start Date

The rules currently have an option started from today or user creation which means the LMS enrols users when they are added to the LMS from workspace, this may happen weeks in advance to start the onboarding process on SelectHR. We have rules set to enrol new starters onto Induction modules with set due dates, the rule is set to pick up new starters ' from today' but this picks up when they are added and not their Employment start date, therefore enrolling them too early, affecting reporting on overdue modules etc. it would be helpful if there was an option to set by Start Date.
