The Due Dates don’t update once completed until near the renewal. Attached screenshot from Access Shine: you can see one course which I believe is on annual renewal, so perhaps we can get that renewal date to start showing as soon as complete? The other course perhaps doesn’t have a renewal, so the “due date” should be removed once complete?
I've also been on customer calls who are finding this confusing when viewing this within My Team Activity and clicking between status's.
