Video Completion Requirements

When adding a link to an external video, this only gets marked as completed when 80% of it has been completed. However this 80% is based on the time spent of the overall video rather than 80% of the timeline itself. This causes issues when people are watching content at 1.5 or 2x speed as it means the LMS only sees them as completing half of the content, even though they have actually watched it all, just at a faster pace.
