Alert when LMS users is close to contractual Licence limit

It would be useful to have an alert sent out to Super Admins when the number of users in the LMS is close to the customer's contractual licences.

  • If the customer is in Workspace an app that shows licences vs LMS users

  • Within the LMS have a portlet on the dashboard displaying licences vs LMS users

  • A scheduled report sent to super admins regarding active and archived users in their contractual year

    yes i agree this is a great idea making clients aware save them also getting auto Billed

    This would be very useful.
    We also use Udemy Business and it's so much easier to see where you are with licence numbers, whereas in Access you have to run a report (which I'm not convinced is always entirely accurate either).
