Can Access please integrate a pathway for the line manager or Access administrators to approve or decline an event cancellation from an enrolled user?
As Access currently does not request a cancellation reason, we would like to understand why users are cancelling and ensure maximum attendance where possible.

Thanks for raising this - I think we have now solved part of your issue, as we have introduced a cancellation reasons field, so when the user cancels from an activity they have the option to give a reason. I appreciate that this doesn't address your point around approvals for managers or admins - this is not something we're planning to add to the product at this time.
