External Provider - new page in Common Tasks

99% of our Events are with external providers, and its crucial that we capture the provider details for our records, yet there is no area to capture any of these details in the Common Tasks on any Activity Type. I have had to create my own Additional Fields page for this - and this does not transfer when you 'copy an event'.

Can you create a new page in Common Tasks for 'External Provider' details on both Events and Offline Activities - and include it on 'Copy an Event'.

Fields would include Provider Name, Address, Admin Contact Name, Contact Details, Trainer/Facilitator Name for the Event, Yes/No field for 'certificate provided' (by the Provider), Certifcate duration, a Webpage Link field for the providers site

A separate SuperAdmin/Admin/Trainer function where we can hold a database of providers would be really useful. It would be great if this also worked as a selection dropdown like the Venue function - where you populate the details once and can then select the one you want
