Restructuring Student Activity Report to Include Completion Dates

Overview Request:

We would like to report on completions of activities sorted by date. The current activity report does not allow this as the only date available is last login.

We propose the following changes:

1. Adding Dates to the Existing Structure

• Row: Student ID

• Columns: Activity 1, Date of Activity 1, Activity 2, Date of Activity 2, ..., Activity N, Date of Activity N

In this structure, for each activity column, there would be a corresponding date column indicating when that activity was completed.

2. Restructuring the Report

• Student ID: Unique identifier for the student

• Activity: The specific activity

• Date of Completion: The date when the activity was completed
