CVs built using CV Builder are intended for human readers, and this means they may score lower in Applicant Tracking Software (ATS) systems. As ATS moves towards scalable AI-based solutions, there is a move (e.g. from SkillsLab in Europe) to respond with skills-only CVs, where professional, transferable and soft skills are simply listed instead of in paragraph format. While this may not be most suitable for people, it allows a CV to be more accurately targeted for these types of systems - skills are more easily extracted.
Can an "AI-friendly" ATS template be added to CV Builder and CV360? This may also help with skills-based matching to jobs.
It is possible to add custom templates to both the CV Builder and CV360 products. Please get in touch with your Customer Success Manager or Account Manager to find out more.
