Currently emailing customers with links individually for appointments is time consuming and it would be great if we could add a link so that when a person books an appointment, the email they are sent includes a link to a Zoom or Teams waiting room for them to use.

Good morning, all users receive an email. You need to add the link on each individual Event in the 'Details' area. The email that sends has that link on the attachment, which can be opened and added to your smart phone calendar or outlook. I also then go and copy and paste that link into Description too, as the link does not show if logged in via the Learning app, some of this software does not work.
Plus if they lose the email they go to: Learning hat tab> Home > My Activities > find activity click on it the link you put into Details will be there.
We have set up a spoof learning account which links to a work email mailbox and assigned a role, added this spoof account to events to see how the site performs etc.
