Provide an option to reset the count of CCM requests for additional CV feedback to zero at the start of the academic year

Currently, the count of the number of requests made by a student for CV feedback from a member of the careers team (via the CCM) is not reset - consequently, we find ourselves in situations where some students will have used-up their quota in the first year of study and cannot submit further requests for additional feedback for the remainder of their time here, unless the cap number for overall requests is raised. However, this then means that other students could submit multiple requests for additional feedback in a short space of time, which places undue pressure on our limited resources, preventing us from fulfilling our SLA relating to turnaround time.
