Jobs board drop down option

On the jobs board, it would be extremely useful to have flexible working arrangements into a drop down menu. For instance, in the job below, it is full-time but the flexible element is hybrid working. I’d like to show this up front so people know that while it’s FT, it can still be worked flexibly. With more importance being placed on flexible working, it would help increase transparency of job roles and also make the search process more efficient.

As we are a flexible only jobs board, this would be incredibly beneficial. Flexible working options that we promote/encourage and could be included in a drop down menu are:

• Remote working

• Hybrid

• Reduced hours

• 4 day week

• Job share

• Staggered hours

• Full-time with option to decide when and/or where
