Undertaking focus groups with students to understand how they use our Abintegro ("Career Toolkit") interface, consistently many raise navigation as an issue and demonstrate that they ignore the tiles and menus and opt for the "search" box instead. However, this only returns Abintegro's own resources and they fail to find the bespoke resources we have uploaded. It would be incredibly helpful if we could include resources in the search returns. For example, perhaps you could host a spreadsheet where we would give the name of the resource/custom page; the public-facing URL within the Abintegro Career Toolkit and also the section or category with which it might align (e.g. "Interviews"). This would be immensely helpful. Thank you.
can we enhance even more with a chat bot to recommend resources based on a question?
Further comment to this - can we please move the search bar at the top of the website instead of the bottom? This is a standard practice across websites in any industry.
There are also many articles that do not appear in the search - only the e-learning.
